By accessing the KhajaGo website or apps, or using our services, you agree to these terms with Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd.. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use KhajaGo. Restaurant, rider and City Partner accounts are subject to additional verification and agreements.

KhajaGo connects customers with local restaurants and riders through City Partners. Menu availability, pricing, preparation and delivery are operated locally; estimated times are indicative, not guaranteed.

Prices, delivery fees and applicable service charges are shown before you confirm an order. Taxes apply as per prevailing law.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Indicative economics shown on this site — such as the platform fee and onboarding grace period — are summaries. The exact, binding commercial terms are set out in your signed partner agreement.

You agree to use our services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

The KhajaGo name, logo, content and platform are owned by us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Our services are provided “as is”. See our Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu.
