Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, and how refunds are handled on KhajaGo.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order before the restaurant accepts it at no charge. Once a restaurant has accepted and begun preparing your order, it may no longer be cancellable, as food preparation has started.
When you'll get a refund
Refunds are issued where an order is cancelled before preparation, where an item is unavailable, where an order is not delivered, or where there is a verified quality or accuracy issue with what you received.
Reporting an issue
Report any problem with your order promptly through the app's support, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with details and photos where relevant. This helps us and your City Partner resolve it quickly.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or as KhajaGo credit where applicable. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be arranged through your City Partner.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 1–3 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not apply where an order was delivered correctly and as described, where issues are reported after a reasonable period, or where cancellation requests are made after preparation has begun.
