KhajaGo delivers within the serviceable radius of each live city, operated by the local City Partner. Availability depends on your address falling within a participating restaurant's delivery zone.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative and depend on distance, restaurant preparation, rider availability, weather and traffic. We work to deliver as quickly and reliably as possible.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and local rates, and are shown clearly before you confirm your order. Any applicable service or platform charges are also displayed at checkout.

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. Riders may contact you on arrival; repeated failed deliveries may incur charges.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, no response, or circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you. Refund eligibility in such cases follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Restaurants are responsible for preparing and packaging orders hygienically. Riders deliver orders promptly to maintain quality. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any issue through support.
