Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use KhajaGo lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse the platform, harm other users, or interfere with the service. This applies to customers, restaurants, riders, City Partners and developers.

Do not use KhajaGo to commit fraud, place fake or abusive orders, post unlawful or misleading content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

If you use the KhajaGo Partner API, keep your API keys server-side and confidential, request only the scopes you need, respect rate limits, and do not attempt to access data belonging to other restaurants. Keys may be revoked for misuse.

Any content you submit — reviews, menus, support messages — must be accurate, lawful, and free of offensive or infringing material.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
