Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to KhajaGo ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, "Service") operated by Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Agreements.

2. Using Our Services

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Service to order any illegal items or for any fraudulent activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and/or device.

3. Orders, Payments, and Billing

When you place an order through KhajaGo, it constitutes an offer to buy from the restaurant. The order needs to be accepted by the restaurant before it is confirmed. We will send you a confirmation once your order is accepted. All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated. All payments are due upon completion of an order. We accept various forms of payment, as listed on our Service, including cash on delivery and digital wallets.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

You may be able to cancel an order within a very short period after placing it, before the restaurant has started preparing it. Cancellation eligibility is displayed in the app. Refund policies vary depending on the restaurant and the timing of the cancellation. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason (e.g., wrong item, quality issues), please contact our customer support through the app within a reasonable time. We will coordinate with the restaurant partner to find a solution, which may include a refund or a credit, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nepal and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lacspace Corporation Pvt. Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
